SYMPATHY/THINKING OF YOU/GET WELL

Good Morning,

We have a new challenge starting over at Allsorts and the theme is Thinking of You/Sympathy/Get Well and there's always Anything Goes too.

For my DT card I have used Hero Arts Leafy Vines stamp.  I've had this for years and never used it so thought it was a good opportunity.  It was heat embossed in white onto a piece of DP although it came out a bit more creamy than white.  I've added a few pearls and the sentiment has been stamped in brow and is from a Simon Says Stamp set.  Very simple, but I didn't think it need anything else for this type of card.

FAVOURITE HALLOWEEN COLOURS

 Morning Everyone,

It's the start of a new challenge over at As You Like It and we are asking to see projects containing your favourite Halloween colours.

I don't make Halloween cards, but purple is my favourite colour so I've put that alongside orange as these are two of the colours I associate with Halloween.  

I have used a stencil and die set from Pink Fresh Studio called Floral Field.  With this set you stencil first and then die cut.  When I first did it I thought the stencil wasn't right with some of the lines being a bit wonky, but when you use the die it cuts everything to how it should be.  I've not done it that way before.

I adhered the die onto a Memory Box pinpoint leafy cover plate and used a sentiment from Craftwork cards.

WOODLAND CRITTERS

Hello Everyone,

I recently won the CAS Christmas Card challenge and Loll kindly invited me to be Guest Designer for the September challenge where the theme is Woodland Critters. 

I decided to use my Simon Says Stamp deer die and placed him in a window with a snippet of pink snowflake dsp behind.  The window die is from CraftAddiction UK.  I have coloured him with copics and used a snippet of blue for his scarf and also the sentiment which is from Spellbinders.
