FOR A CHILD

Morning Everyone,

We have a new challenge starting over at Allsorts and the theme is "For a Child" and there is always Anything Goes as well.

I made this card for my 5 year old niece and used an All Dressed Up image coloured with copics.  The papers and sentiment are from LOTV and I have cut an MFT daisy die for added embellishment along with the ribbon and bow.  I wanted to put a number 5 somewhere but couldn't find a suitable spot for it.

FAVE PERSON TO MAKE FOR

 Morning Everyone,

A little late with my post for our new challenge starting at As You Like It and we are asking who is your favourite person to make for at Christmas.

This year for me it is my grandson.  It's the first year that he is more aware of it and he's already been to see Santa.  They are at Center Parcs this weekend so I'm sure he'll be seeing him again.

I've chosen an All Dressed Up image to use for him as he loves dinosaurs.  I have coloured with copics and added glitter to the snow and his hat. The background paper was from an old magazine and I've added snow by way of a stencil and paste.  There's also a bit of snow on the white rectangle, but it's not very visible.

CHRISTMAS KITTY

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you had a good weekend.  We had quite a busy day yesterday with it being Father's Day with visitors and then out for Sunday lunch, but I did have chance to make a couple of cards on Saturday when the weather wasn't so good.

I made one DT card and this one which is a 'just for fun' card.  I printed out the Christmas Kitty from All Dressed Up digistamps and coloured with copics.  I then cut an aperture with my MFT dual stitched circles, adhered the image to the underside, rounded the corners and added it to a red card base.  The sentiment was stamped with Stampin Up's Real Red ink.

RABISCO GUEST DT

Good Morning Everyone,

I am sharing a card today as Guest DT over at the Rabisco challenge where the theme is Anything Goes with the option of "Hope".

called Flower Market.  I have coloured her with copics and used two scraps from an old LOTV pad for the backing paper.

FLOWERS OR RIBBON AT AYLI

Morning Everyone,

It is time for a new challenge over at As You Like It and for this fortnight we would like you to show us a project using your favourite of either ribbons or flowers (and don't forget to tell us why they are your fave please).

I do use both, but for special occasions or family/friends I love to add flowers. I think they make a card look extra special.  For this card I used a LDRS Creative All Dressed Up rubber stamp, coloured her with copics and fussy cut her out.  She has been stuck onto two layers of a Go Kreate Die and all the embellishments, doily and lace added.  The sentiment stamps are from LOTV.

AYLI DT - FAVOURITE COLOUR DUO

Morning Everyone,

It's time for another challenge at As You Like It and this fortnight the theme is to showcase a project using your favourite colour duo (and don't forget to tell us why please).

My favourite is lilac and aqua.  Lilac is my fave colour anyway, but I think it goes so well with aqua, they are very fresh looking and look good on any card whether it's summery or christmas.  This is the card I've made.

This is an All Dressed Up image called Butterfly Bunny, she's so sweet.  The papers are from a LOTV pad and I've used a Mama Elephant tag and a Sara Davies flower die.
