FEMININE AT ALLSORTS

 Morning Everyone,

We have a new challenge starting over at Allsorts and the theme chosen by Lynn is Feminine and there is always Anything Goes.

This is a card made for my daughter's birthday.  I have to say that when I made it my mojo had completely disappeared and I couldn't think of what to do so I copied one of my old cards here but made it a different shape.

I've used papers from an old LOTV pad, the stamp is from Stamping Bella and coloured with copics.  I've added paper flowers, little die cut butterflies and the tags are from Mama Elephant.

There are two prizes from AALL and Create

Thank you for visiting and I hope you have a good weekend and that the weather here in the UK is not too stormy.  I will be having a quiet day today, probably crafting, as both daughters are away at the moment and hubby will be at football.

CHRISTMAS CRITTERS

 Morning Everyone,

We have a new challenge over at As You Like It and the theme is "Favourite Christmas Critters".

Mine has to be reindeer.  They're more associated with Santa, especially Rudolph with his shiny red nose.
For my card I have used Clearly Besotted reindeers, Creative Expressions trees and a CraftAddiction stitched frame.

I stamped and die cut the deer and coloured with copics.  I'd been looking for the dies to these little fellas for ages and found them on Vinted for £1.  I tore some hammered cardstock for the snow and added glitter to the torn edges and trees.  The sentiment is also from the set and a snippet of snowy paper finished it off.

MORE THAN ONE FOLD

Morning Everyone,

We have a new challenge starting at Allsorts and this week Liz has chosen the theme "More than One Fold" to run alongside Anything Goes.

I bought this Studiolight die when it was on sale and decided to make a Christmas card for one of the grandchildren.  The image is from Buddly Crafts.  I have coloured him with copics, used some stripes papers from my stash and made the card up with red for the mats.  The sentiment also comes with the stamp set.

There are two prizes, a bundle of craft essentials from Stix2 plus an A5 stamp set

I hope you can join us and you can see the inspiration from the rest of the DT here.

See you soon.

FAVOURITE FABRIC EMBELLISHMENT

Morning Everyone,

We have a new challenge starting today over at As You Like It  and we are asking for your favourite fabric embellishment on your projects.

Mine is ribbon. It is ideal for hiding a joining line on two patterned papers and doen't have any bulk for posting.  There's not a lot of ribbon on show on my card, but it is there.  I have used an image from an old LOTV art pad called Floral Dance and framed it with dies from Clearly Besotted.  The backing papers are from my stash and I have used a marker for the edges of the mat as I didn't have to right colour card.

I am leaving this without a sentiment as I haven't decided what it's for yet.
