Its time for a new challenge at As You Like It and this time we would like you to tell us your favourite way of adding snow to your projects.
For my DT card I have used Snowbird by Stampendous on Desert Storm cardstock. I stamped him in Memento Rich Cocoa ink and coloured with copics. For my snow one of my favourite ways is to used a stencil with texture paste as I have done here and added a touch of glitter to the paste while still wet. I like the randomness of the stencil. It really depends on where the snow is for me as on the branch and berries I have used glossy accents and glitter. I think the glossy accents gives it a bit more depth than normal glue.
I've distressed the edges of my paper and added ribbon and tags from Mama Elephant. The small plain red bow was used as when I tried to make a bow from the spotted ribbon, I thought it looked too bulky and big for the card.

The randomness of your stencil gives a more realistic look to the falling snow - I thought it must have been on the background paper! Thank you for joining in the Anything Goes Challenge at Lil Patch Of Crafty Friends and apologies for the late comment.
