WRAP UP WARM AT CWTCUTIES

Good Morning All,

I hope you've had a good weekend.  It's time for a new challenge over at Christmas with the Cuties and our theme is "Wrap Up Warm" so if your project fits that theme and is cute and christmassy, we would love you to play along.  After all, not long to go now.

For my card I've used a Mo Manning image called Valerie in Winter.  I've coloured her with copics apart from her coat which I've paper pieced with snippets. The background paper is First Edition and the sentiment, which I've embossed in silver, is from LOTV.  I love the script on this and it stamps so well.

I've been a bit frugal and just used strips of silver sheen card die cut with mini scallops under the image.  Talking about being frugal, I also cut a large square out of the bottom layer of silver to save too!

The sponsor for the challenge is Crafty Ribbons with a voucher for the lucky winner.

I would like to enter the following challenges:

A Gem of a Challenge - Anything Goes
Pixie's Snippets Playground - snippets were the coat pieces, snowflakes and silver scalloped strips
Little Miss Muffet - Anything Goes
Polkadoodles wk 42 - Anything Goes
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - Anything Goes

Thank you for visiting and I hope you can leave a comment as I do love to read them.  See you later in the week,

Lynne x

  2. Oh this is just the most adorable image on this beautiful card. I just love the way you have lost the dog in the snow lol. It reminded me of the snow we had last winter and our little puppy ended up a bit like this too. Thanks for taking the time to share over at A Gem of a Challenge

  6. LOVE this card Lynne! So soft and pretty - a perfect snowy Christmas card. AND love that you 'gutted' the silver card to save a centre square for future use.
