AYLI DT - DRY OR HEAT EMBOSSING?

Morning Everyone,

I can't believe it's 2 weeks since I last posted!  Other things seem to get in the way at the moment especially with the lovely weather we've been having.

Anyway, it's time for a new challenge over at As You Like It and we would like you to show us a project containing your favourite type of embossing (and don't forget to tell us why please).

I seem to use heat embossing mainly for sentiments, especially Christmas ones, so I've chosen dry embossing for my card with a cloud embossing folder and added some blue chalk in between the clouds. The image is from a Happy Hoppers set by Stampendous and I have coloured him with copics and fussy cut him before attaching to the card.  The lovely papers are old LOTV and I've used a sentiment from a MFT dragon set as I thought it was quite apt in a funny sort of way.

The sponsor for the challenge is:

with a lovely voucher for the winner

So if you'd like to pop over to the challenge here you'll be able to see the inspiration from the design team.

I'd like to enter these challenges:

House Mouse & Friends Monday - Anything Goes/Birthdays
Pixie's Snippets Playground - Snippets used for sentiment, trees, green paper and cloud circle.
Di's Digi Challenge - Summer Fun
Dies R Us Challenge - Summertime Fun - dies used are Tonic scalloped circles, Lawn Fawn stitched hillside, Crealies stitched squares and Creative Expressions stitched banners.
Crafteezee June - Summer

Thank you for taking the time to visit and I hope you can leave a comment as I love to read them.

Have a good weekend,

Lynne x
