MEOWY CHRISTMAS

 Hello Everyone,

I have finally managed to get this card finished after starting it over a week ago.  Other things have got in the way, but when it was pouring down all day yesterday some time in the craft room helped no end.

We were lucky with the rain, flooded outside the back door, but a lot of houses lower down in the village and nearer the river have had flood damage.

This is my card for the Christmas Kickstart Cat Lovers challenge which runs during October in memory of Janis Woolbright used to run a Cat Lovers blog hop, but sadly passed away in January.

I have used a Stamping Bella set called Meowy Christmas.   I've only used 2 of the 3 kitties in the set and coloured them with copics.  The sentiment is from the set and I used a mini scolloped border die and added red ribbon to finish it off.

I would like to enter:

Christmas Kickstart Cat Lovers challenge - Anything Christmas featuring a Cat
Christmas Kickstart Tic-tac-toe - Top row (die cut, ribbon, patterned paper)

Thank you for visiting and have a good weekend.

Lynne x

  1. Great CAS design and love the cute kitten images-The wind and rain all Thurs night all day yesterday and last night was horrendous, luckily no flooding near us and we never left the house-dogs quick in and out and cats refused point blank-plus we are hearing fireworks near by too already!

  2. A fun card Lynne. Pleased you stayed safe, as did we, might be a while before the horses can go into the paddocks though, sitting pretty wet still.

  4. Oh, so cute! I am seeing lots of kitty stamps I've never seen before, more for my long wish list LOL! Your colouring is beautiful, and I like your card sketch! Sorry to read about your heavy rain and flooding; sadly we had flash-flood damage to our entire finished basement in July, so I do understand. I hope your neighbours' damage was not too bad. But on a happier note, thank you for linking up this adorable card at Christmas Kickstart's Cat Lovers Christmas Hop! I hope you will come back and join us again!
