FAVOURITE SKETCH?

 Morning Everyone,

A bit late with my post today.  I've had to do this on my laptop this morning and it always takes me longer as I'm not used to using it.

Today is the start of a new challenge over at As You Like It and we're asking for your favourite sketch.

I don't very often look at sketches but this is the layout I use when I have a bout of brain fog and stuck for an idea.  It uses up some of my patterned paper of which I have way too much!

For this card I've used a LOTV floral wreath and coloured with copics.  The sentiment comes with the image and the papers are a digi download from ages ago from Nitwit collections (I think so anyway).

The sponsor for the challenge is:

If you pop over to the challenge you'll be able to see the inspiration from the rest of the DT.

I would like to enter:

PIP Challenge - Anything Goes
A Place to Start - Anything Goes
Classic Design - Anything Goes
We Love Stamping- Anything Goes
Simon Says Weds - Use Patterned Paper

Thank you for visiting and hope to be back soon.

  3. Beautifully done Lynne, always love a floral wreath and this comes in soft pastel Spring colours (not that you'd know it was Spring from today's weather). Many thanks for joining us at We Love Stamping May challenge.

  5. Hi Lynne
A really lovely finished card. Such a pretty colour palette and a beautifully coloured image.
Many thanks for your good wishes on our house move.
We are definitely enjoying getting everything VERY SLOWLY sorted .. .. .. you never know it might actually resemble some sort of finished project by Christmas!!
It doesn't help when you married someone who doesn't enjoy DIY in the slightest .. .. .. which came as a big shock and wasn't something I learnt about him until after we were married of course LOL!!
My Dad was brilliant at it and was always making, repairing or decorating something and I thought all men were like him .. .. but no !!! I quickly learnt that Mr Heart had a completely different brain and talents. But I wouldn't swap him for the world!
Enjoy your weekend when it arrives.
    Love Jules xx
