THANK YOU DI

Good Morning Everyone,

I've made this card for Di as part of the Blog Hop organised by Darnell to thank Di for all her hard work running Pixie's Snippets playground for the last 7 years.

Compared to some I'm fairly new to the snippets playground and didn't discover it until July 2017 and Di always gives new playmates a lovely welcome.  In fact, when I did join and heard about Parsnip I imagined him to be a little bundle of white fluffy dog like a Westie or something, but I soon found out he wasn't, and now she does have a little bundle of fluff by way of Dudley!  I do love to hear of his antics and Di's posts on a Sunday morning are always an enjoyable read.

I thought it was a good opportunity to use my new Stitched Blooms dies by MFT for a thank you card and to use a few snippets for the latest challenge.  The snippets are the white centre circle, the sentiment and the lemon flowers.  Needless to say, by using the same type of card for the other colours, I've made more snippets for my folders!  I've made the circular card with my Spellbinder Grand Nestabilities dies and the sentiment die is also from a Spellbinders set.

I would like to enter these challenges:

Pixies Snippets Playground
Creative Knockouts #283 - Flower Power
Creatalicious #156 - Anything Goes
The Flower Challenge - Use your latest stamps or dies
Incy Wincy Designs - Make It Girly

Thank you for visiting and I hope you have a good week.

Lynne x

  4. Wonderful card Lynne - just the style I love. And thank you for your very kind words - I'm quite bowled over by the blog hop and the many kind things that have been said. One observation - you have waaaaay too many wonderful dies that keep finding their way onto my wish list :)
