Good Morning All,
July already and I forgot to say "white rabbits" this morning!
I was searching through my stash for something to use for my DT card for this month's Sparkles Christmas challenge which is a Christmas Recipe (1 image, 2 background papers and 3 pearls/gems) when I found this card partly made on a shelf. The reason it was partly made was because I wasn't happy with it at the time, not sure whether it was the colours or what, but I decided to finish it off as it fitted the recipe perfectly.
The image is from Pink Petticoat which is now the Lovely Studio. I have coloured with copic markers and used papers from an old LOTV pad. The gold ribbon was salvaged from a Christmas parcel last year.
I hope you can join us with this easy theme and get your Christmas cards started.

RHINO TOWER
Good Morning Everyone,
When I saw the sketch challenge over at MFT I instantly knew what I wanted to use for it. It's funny how some sketches hit you like that and some just don't appeal at all.
I have used a set from MFT called Birth-Yay, coloured them with copics, and used three scraps of paper in colours to match the toucan. I've also added a tiny pearl to the cherry on the cake. A fairly simple layout, but I had to add 2 enamel dots as I don't like seeing all that white space at the top. The sentiment is from the same set and stamped in Versafine ink.
This is the sketch:

JUNE RUDOLPH DAYS
Good Morning Everyone,
I hope you are having a good weekend. Very windy here today, but far better than the overpowering heat we had a couple of days ago.
I have upcycled another card for the June Rudolph Days challenge.
I hope you are having a good weekend. Very windy here today, but far better than the overpowering heat we had a couple of days ago.
I have upcycled another card for the June Rudolph Days challenge.
The card front was very plain so I drew around a square die and then added gold peel-off borders over the lines. This was then stuck on to a gold mirri mat.
A quick and easy card for the Rudolph Days challenge. I don't upcycle many cards, but there are some where I like the image and it seems a shame to waste them and I did love the colour of this one too.

2 OR MORE PATTERNED PAPERS
Good Morning Everyone,
It looks as though we are going to be having a warm week here in the UK, probably a bit too warm to be doing much, but shouldn't complain about the sunshine!
It is time for a new challenge at Christmas with the Cuties and we would like to see your cute Christmas projects using two or more patterned papers.
I found my stamped image half coloured in a drawer so decided to finish it off. I had done a bit of masking to get the tree in the background and finished colouring it with copics. My papers are from a Bo Bunny christmas pad and I've added a memory box star and LOTV sentiment.

DIGI OR STAMPED?
Good Morning Everyone,
It is time for a new challenge over at As You Like It and we would like to see a project using your preference of either digi or stamped images (and don't forget to say why please).
I love both for different reasons, but for my DT card I have used a stamped image. This was because I wanted to have another play with my Zig clean colour brush pens, which are water based, and I wanted to heat emboss the image before colouring.
I have used Simon Says Stamp Sketched Flowers which I bought for a bargain price from a lady on a Facebook group. I heat embossed in gold and then used various colours for the flowers. I don't have a lot of the pens so my choice was a bit limited, but I am happy with the result. I also heat embossed the sentiment which is from a magazine freebie stamp set.

IT'S A GIRL!
Good Morning Everyone,
I hope you've had a good weekend. The weather here has been lovely.
I made this card recently for my sister in law as they weren't letting on whether she was expecting a boy or a girl. I already had a little girl card in my stock box, but I needed one of each just in case.

As you can tell from the title, it was a little girl, both Mum and baby doing well.
I cut the card base out with a Dutch Doobadoo bottle shaped stencil and decorated with a cute baby image from LOTV, which I had coloured with copics. The papers are from a Carta Bella baby pad and the little chipboard babygro is from Make It Crafty.
Most of the papers, apart from the main bottle shape, were snippets so I will be entering this into Pixie's Snippets Playground.

JUST BEE-CAUSE...
Good Morning Everyone,
I've made this card after seeing a sketch challenge over at Catch the Bug. I've used the Cute Bugaboo Bee 01 from Bugaboo and coloured with copics.
I've used a snippet of yellow paper for the top and black card for the mats. I've added sparkle to the wings with a sparkle pen and a stitched yellow ribbon in a double bow. This is the sketch:
