NO STAMPING

Good Morning Everyone,

This is my reminder post for Christmas Craft Creations where the theme this month is "No Stamping".

This did take a bit of thinking about for me as I normally colour an image, so after a rummage through my dies this is the card I came up with.  I die cut a circle shape and used it as a stencil for the background, which is Speckled Egg Distress Oxide.  For the rest of the card I've used dies, using snippets of hammered cardstock and I've also coloured the sentiment with the same ink.  There's quite a bit of glitter on the tree and the snow but this hasn't come out very well in the photo.  Pearls and liquid pearls finish it off along with a sheet of DP for the backing.

There are 3 prizes this month as it is a year since the challenge was created so I hope you will be able to join in.

I would like to enter:

Pixies Snippets Playground #401 - All snippets apart from the backing paper.
Merry Little Christmas - Anything Goes

Thank you for visiting and I hope you have a good week.

Lynne x

Very pretty in the monotone colours Lynn, no stamping would make me have to think hard as well.

Really lovely colour choice for your card and the die cuts look great. They look like you’ve stacked them to add depth and that’s working very nicely. X
